You can shop as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to register, you agree to provide accurate and current information. LaunchPanda reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration at any time without notice if the information is found false or misleading.

5. Product Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or descriptions may occur. LaunchPanda reserves the right to correct such errors and refuse/cancel any order placed for incorrectly listed items unless already delivered.

6. Nature of Services

We deal exclusively in digital products. Once delivered electronically, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable (details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

7. Pricing

All prices listed on launchpanda.in are in INR (₹). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Since we are operating under the GST threshold exemption (₹5L annual sales), GST is not applicable currently.

8. Limitation of Liability

LaunchPanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
